No if ands or butts or candy or nuts... It must happen. We should be coming into this game either 2-2, 3-1 or 4-0. UGA will be weak on offense so they shouldn't be much of a threat. We will have too good of an offense with all the players we have coming back to not get some points on the board and the defense should be decent as well. Yeah all the new kids are freshman they should have 3 games under their belts. This game will come down to coaching. Play and coach aggressively like we did against UGA in 2013 and we will beat Florida as long as they don't start their backup QB.

Past history going back to at least 1995 doesn't really prove your point. We have lost to them most of those years regardless of our talent. That said, I hope you are correct and the 'worm turns'

Let me remind you that we will have a completely new offensive line and more than likely a new QB. This is the only problem with an excellent recruiting class.......all the sudden we should beat everybody. :loco:

They should have a very good defense but I have no clue about their offense. My guess is it will suck and the game will come down to protecting the football. I have absolutely no idea how we will be on either side of the ball. I assume the defense will be better and if the offense can block we should field a decent team.

Having an excellent recruiting class doesn't mean you'll beat everyone.

Take my team for instance.

Same as last year. People think we can beat every team on the schedule. New D line, new O line, don't even know who our QB is, but we're good enough to beat UGA and UF.
Wish I were 13 again like some of our posters.

Only this time it's in on NSD and not started some time after spring practice.

I don't understand why we can't just be happy about having a great recruiting class....and the feeling that this program is moving forward for the first time in a long time..

But no...There has to be someone who goes full Forest Gump and ruins it all.

What was the last thing Butch said? He said let's temper expectations and not bury these brand new recruits with unrealistic expectations.
