We need Texas and Auburn to start playing better.

It is not unthinkable that Auburn would offer Mack Brown if Brown is fired.

Not unthinkable that we offer Mack if he is willing to take another job. TN born and bred - pretty much the same age that spurrier was when hired at sc. I mean, I don't think it will happen by any means but it isn't impossible.

Auburn hired Gene Chizik last time. Not like they were lighting it up in the hiring a head coach arena.

After winning a title, expectations go way up. They know how much coin a winning program brings in. They'll be a spender this time around if need be.

Auburn thought they were big sh$t before the title. They got gene Chizik, they aren't a superpower in head coach recruiting.

Why the hell would we do that?

I'm not worried about Auburn. Texas is a great job, but I'm not sure how bad they'll have to do to fire Brown.
