Sorry I disagree. When they are going to call it they usually throw the flag regardless if the catch is made or not.

Honestly I've seen tons of plays where a receivers drops a ball, and then a flag gets thrown. Pretty much if the guy catches the ball.. they let the PI slide a lot of the times.

I have watched the replay of North's magnificent catch probably 100 times. The fact that no pass interference was going to be called needs to be looked at by SEC officials. That was blatant and not one flag was going to fly, thank you North and screw you refs. Do your damn job!

As my thread from last night stated, the fault is with the HCs/DCs who teach their DBs to cheat.

I thought the no flag was suspect but I'm glad our guys didn't leave it the ref's hands. North is the future and he proved it yesterday.

...the juggle circus catch in the WKU game, then the crazy TD catch in the UGA game, then 2 huge catches yesterday. He's proved it more than once.

I actually texted the same thing to my son during the game. We were going to be jobbed, it's almost like the SEC commissioner had warned the oafficials (misspelling intended) to keep their hankies tight against the ranked team. North, Butch, and da Vols hosed them!!! Loved it!
