I really think that we will pull out a recruiting class that will blindside the so-called experts. I see Carroll, Montgomery, Jackson, Brown, Patterson, Charles etc. as real possibilities. What do you guys think? I'm tellin ya, I've got a good feeling about this class other than QB.

Several so-called experts do think we contend for Orson Charles...one even called UT the "dark horse" to land him.

We might get one of those guys...two if we're extremely lucky. I've been holding my breath on A.J. McCarron.

are you sure you're not thinking of Trent Richardson?

this article actually used the term specifically...

"a darkhorse[Tennessee] has entered the picture"

but we are really darkhorses for several guys---Patterson/Bumphis/Charles (and lots of guys who are about to surface and make all the Tide/Tiger fans freak out)

Charles has good visit to Tallahassee
Tight end Orson Charles (Tampa, Fla./Plant) took an official visit to Florida State during the weekend. Thanks in part to Charles' relationship with Florida State tight ends coach James Coley, the Seminoles, who are recruiting Charles as a hybrid H-back/tight end, are the team to beat. with Georgia in mix and Tennessee suddenly emerging as a darkhorse.

Charles will visit Florida this weekend, followed by trips to Georgia and Tennessee. There is also a post-national signing say visit scheduled for USC on Feb. 6. It's unusual, but Charles, who won't announce his decision until after signing day, plays basketball and didn't want to miss any of Plant's games.

Now see, this is the kind of stuff y'all do that is driving me crazy. The suspense is killing me!!!!

But the excitement is sooo awesome!! It feels good to be excited about Tennesse football!!

i think we will land at least 3 of these guys and will surprise some of these negavols everywhere on this site.. i like are chances with montgomery brown and patterson the most

Those are the 3 i think we get. I also think we get Peter White OL prospect. I would like to get Pearlie Graves DT from Tulsa.
