Medicine has come extremely far when it comes to ACL repairs. Hooker tore his in November and is more or less full speed already. Really not much of a variance for Cam Rising’s recovery timeline from Hooker’s.

Hooked still isn't 100% and he is November Rising was January. That's cutting it real close. And Hooker isn't practicing with the team yet

Why would you want UF to lose to Utah?

First, we had a tremendous let down the week after we upset them last year. That would not happen versus McNeese State, but UT could certainly take advantage the following week.

Second, if you are going to beat us in Gainesville, isn't it worth more to your season if UF is 2-0, rather than 1-1?

Third, thinking even longer term, isn't it always in our collective best interests for the SEC to show inter-conference dominance? That can matter for all of us down the line. We don;t need the Herbstreits of the world commenting that the SEC is down this year, etc.

I just don't see any advantage to UT whatsoever in UF losing other than irrational schadenfreude. Which might come back to bite you in the arse.

I don't care if Florida is good. SEC and Florida managed just fine while Vols were a dumpster fire. Let Florida enjoy some of that. Texas and OU will be coming in so no one will really care if Florida is terrible. Let the media say whatever the f they want to. Schadenfreude? You betcha! Irrational? Not in the least!

Lol I think this is basically just a rephrasing of what I said… so, I agree? 6 week difference between injuries. 4 weeks currently till first game. 2 weeks doesn’t equal much of a variance. We agree!Go Big Orange!

Besides Tennessee vs Virginia, which week 1 games are you looking forward to?

Colorado vs TCU intrigues me. Kind of excited to see what kind of product Deion puts on the field vs the CFP playoff runner up.

Florida vs Utah. I expect more of a lopsided game this year in Utahs favor hopefully. Last year it was a good game with the wrong result.

UNC vs South Carolina. I hope UNC and Drake Maye roll these cocky suns guns.

Florida St vs LSU. 2 teams the media is very high on. Don’t think either will live up to it as much as they are letting on.

Vols start slow but pull away late and probably end up covering over UVa
Deion has talked himself into some seriously lopsided scores this season. TCU will start the ball rolling with a 40 pt win over CU
Florida always finds a way to win a game like this. It won't be pretty but Utah will find a way to lose at the end.
Hope UNC wins but really don't expect them to.
LSU will win just because SEC, SEC, SEC. FSU probably overrated again this year.

Highest ranked possible is what i always wish for so a win gives us the biggest boost
