That, coupled with the fact that their "source" could not name any player or any agent or any infraction, it sounds like another reporter trying to land the big one.

But as always, I'm not surprised in the least if true.

I have no doubt that a NCAA committee is asking questions about agent involvement. Hell, the NCAA has been on UT's campus asking questions about hostessgate for the past 4 months.

It's their job. And you can bet your @ss that if Kiffin were still our coach, TMZ would have been reporting it.

Tiger Woods: True
John Edwards: True
Oklahoma bball program: True, coach fired.

TMZ is reporting that the NCAA is looking into agent involvement at UK, I would bet that's 100% accurate. Now, if the story goes beyond that, I would be surprised.

Exactly. They are a tabloid but they have a pretty reliable track record. Not just those, but many more too. But this could still be just a rumor.

All they are reporting is a probe. We could never hear anything else, and that wouldn't necessarily mean the story was false. That being said, of course it could be false.

I think the NCAA should just buy a house where ever Callapari is coaching so they can just drive to the university every off season to investigate the snake!

Sometimes the "off the wall" media break stories that the lame-stream media won't touch or cover. Slick Willie Clinton was outed that way on Lewinsky, The Globe has outed Ozone Al Gore on his extra-curricular "local warming" activities, and the list goes on.

I think the whole John Wall situation was obviously very shady and trouble waiting to happen. I also have the sense that Enes Kanter will prove to be trouble as well. A top European prospect who played with professionals, but didn't commit any NCAA violations? I've always found him to be a huge hassle for any team that picked him up. There's a reason few high level European kids play in the NCAA.

It should also be noted that I said the word "perfect" on purpose, because its the wrong choice of word, and I should have said "awesome". But I said the wrong word on purpose, because I wanted to laugh at all of you who tell everyone that I was wrong, and then tell all of you I was wrong on purpose because I really knew what was right.

Or something like that.
