PKA - For about a month in the late 80's. Decided they were douchebags and said no thanks.

Ha I know a bunch of them. Some were some still good friends today

Is that the house that was rebuilt in the late 90s and really nice compared to everything else on fraternity row at the time?

Yes, the house was destroyed by fire and rebuilt.
