My vehicle prior to the Mercedes was totaled when someone hit me. I found a replacement at the Chevrolet place and he was haggling them on price. I walked next door to the Mercedes dealership and found a courtesy demo C-250 that was on sale. He would have been better off from a price perspective not haggling at the Chevrolet place but I have had the Mercedes for 8 years now.

We both bought it. At that point in the marriage, I was making more money than him.
