I tried Wolf River Brisket real close to the house. They should leave the brisket to the Texans.

Never heard of that one, but Collierville is way different than when I lived in Memphis.

Good list, I'd put Payne's and Memphis BBQ Company in Southaven over A&R and Tops.

Commissary is my go-to now, largely because I can jog to the Collierville location from my house.

No disrespect to the Collierville location but I just don't think it's as good as the original

It varies. I've had some that has been really good but I've had some that has been absolute trash as well.
