I have to agree with AV in this aspect. Give the man a chance to prove that his a good coach. Now is not the time to start over with a new head coach. We need (and I think he has earned the right) to give CPF a chance to "see what he is made of". If he fails to make this a championship team over the next 3 years, then he should step down for the love of the program. I think that this post shows that a true great coach will prevail when the chips are stacked against him. This is truely a test of his coaching abilties over the times to come.
