What color layout were our first uniforms?

Since we are discussing trivial uniform topics, then why do we have a square T on the back of our band uniforms and not a power T? Those should have been updated decades ago.

1. They aren't anymore. Changed within the last 3 years.
2. A full set of 800+ uniforms (got to imagine they'll need at least double the total members due to size differences in people) will run over $600k.
3. They've been working on getting new instruments for all sections for nearly 10 years before now updating the uniforms.

There is a distinction between the first teams that played for Tennessee, and then the first uniforms worn as the thread asked. I imagine the first teams didn't have a coordinated uniform. This is based on an original 1902 team picture I have where the team was wearing a mix of clothing dressed in their attire.
