Yes, Tennessee did have some swagger when he was here. He was disliked by the other coaches and fanbases because he scared the hell out of them. About a week before he left for USC, Kirk Herbstreit was on the Buck and Kincade show saying that if Tennessee was a stock he would be buying them big time. Too bad this wasn't his dream job.

Our current coach is not hated by opposing coaches and fan bases and that is not a good thing.

Kiffhole would not have these players. He'd have whatever players he recruited who had not yet been booted.

As far as I'm concerned, Kiffin was never a coach for the Big Orange. He was a tourist.

Kiffin has had much more talent since he arrived at USC, and has consistently been underperforming in a weaker league.

Much like he did here. People forget how much NFL talent Kiffin had on the roster here.

He managed to leave us with the worst recruiting class in history and ran off good players (future NFL players!) in the process.

Dooley got a bad hand from Lane, but he's got to show us he can play some cards, and he's got to do it pretty damn quick.

Kiffin's roster would have had far more talent this year than what they currently have. People forget he was going to finish with the #2 recruiting class in the country in 2010. Christian Jones, Ahmad Dixon, Nickel Robey, Chaz Green, Corey Lemonier all would have been Vols and who knows what kind of talent he would have signed in the 2011 class as well.

Put all the fault on the offensive line as he did last week when he lost. Said this is the worst the offensive line has played (missing assignments,etc)anywhere I (we) have ever coached. In the campus newspaper.

If kiffin was still here at Ut and Things progressed as planned this would be the year he won the sec east.

That was the internal goal.
