Hearing he called in a local show and B. Jones had to address it this morning. Anyone hear it?

Thats what I thought too but a buddy said he found out through twitter that it was indeed his uncle that called and said he wasnt impressed with the qbs so far or something along those lines.

Uncle called this morning to Doc, Jeff and Heather to say that Worley and Peterman weren't getting it done. He admitted his bias, but stated that he thought Fergie and Dobbs were both solid players and both of them deserved a shot at the job.

I cringed when I heard Papa Ferguson called that morning show, but when I heard the interview, it was harmless.

There was a tweet referencing this today. His uncle called in to either TSR or the Sports Animal and said, for one thing, that he hasn't been impressed with Worley and Peterman so far. Not sure what else. Evidently not quite as classy as Riley's dad ....

He called into Sports Animal this morning. I actually heard the call. He didn't say much except that he thought the two freshman had better upside and were better than both of the older QBs. Didn't hear anything that CBJ would need to address unless Heather asked specifically about the call.

He should have said what a stud #34 is going to be!
JRM looks like a "baller" and the angles our current safeties take on plays, I say get him some playing time.

I don't think the uncle meant any harm by the call. He basically just said that he thought the freshman should get a shot and admitted he was biased because he was Riley's uncle. Really no big deal and probably not worthy of a thread.

Yeah, pretty much. And like a previous poster, I don't know what CBJ would have needed to address. It was a pretty benign call.
