The Miscgiana's (sp) I went to school with most of them. Great people who know how to cook Italian. They also own Italian Village. The Amato's owned Motz's across the street, where The Shack is now. I went to school with one of the sons. I still have a bb lodged in my hand that he put there lol. We rarely ate at Motz's. We ate at Amato's all the time though. I miss that heck out of that place.
Raffaele's is the family that owns Giuseppe's and Italian Village. A couple of kids from that family were a year or two behind me. I think the family still owns it.
I'm almost positive Raphael Misciagna still owns Raphaels and Guiseppe's doesn't close until the end of the year, that's what Mario had told me anyway. Raphaels daughter comes to our tailgates so I will ask her Saturday if I remember. Also doesn't Patrick own the Shak?I'm not sure about the last part with the Miscagnia family connection. They gave up the Guiseppe's recently. I'm pretty sure they don't own Raffaele's. I know em all, went to school with em, they moved here from NY when we were in 7th grade, and never have seen them in there.
Yeah, on the Shack, I went to school with Jackie. It's pretty good, and she's good people.
I don't remember there being a Motz's-Amato's connection. I ate at Motz's all the time. Amato was the chriopractor, right? He owned Raffaele's for a while, I'm sure.
