I love chef salads.

Grouper and mahi I could almost live off of. I did have some amazing haddock in New Hampshire, and swordfish up there, but grouper and mahi are my favorites.

Ive never caught one, but i believe Mahi lose their iconic coloration immediately upon meeting their makers. I believe they also lose their taste.

Swordfish, Cobia, Flounder, Grouper...all superior.

Went to Chili's to meet my daughter and her best friend to celebrate their birthdays (still a few days away but they'll be on a cruise). Had ribs, mashed potatoes, and macaroni, and I was highly impressed with those ribs.
