What did you have for dinner II?

Marinated a pork shoulder for two days in orange juice, lime juice, bitters, garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, then rubbed it down with cumin, oregano, and salt. Cooked it on a bed of onions and celery in the slow cooker for ten hours. Pulled it and first served it on French bread rolls. Plenty of leftovers for coming meals.
