The one I had last night was mid. The one's I make at home are better. We discovered them when we first got our Blackstone and saw a recipe for them. It quickly replaced Philly steaks at our house.

I think the difference that makes mine is better bread and I wrap mine in foil right off the grill where the truck just put it in a go box. I don't know why a tight foil wrap makes suck a difference for Chopped Cheese, Philly Steaks, and burritos. But it definitely does.

These were Huey Magoos. So not the ultra processed kind. Not that it would matter if they were. I've eaten to many hotdogs to get squeamish now lol.
