We ate at Cheddars. I got the BBQ ribs and chicken dinner, then got the rest of my wife's Ribeye. I also stole one of my daughters chicken quesadillas.

How was it?

It was great! Kept it warm til hubby got home (he was working the parking lot at our church's live nativity city tonight).

I'm amazed the potatoes didn't turn to mush while the roast got tender.
