What did you have for dinner II?

It was really good. I've never liked it, but hadn't tried it grilled. I sprinkled it in oil, and put garlic on it. We loved it.

The grill does special things to vegetables. Mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini, romaine, bok choy, peppers...

Fixed my wife some treats she can't enjoy out: gluten-free bang bang shrimp and crab cakes with cauliflower cilantro-lime rice. Bang.

How did you do your crab cakes and that sauce?

Crab cakes:

Egg
Mayo (maybe 1/4 cup)
Dash of Worcestershire
Lemon juice
Parsley
Finely chopped red bell pepper
Dry mustard
Garlic powder
Cajun spice and fish rub/old Bay
Hot sauce (few dashes, to taste)
Crushed GF crackers and breadcrumbs (maybe 1/2 cup total)

Mix and let the crumbs soften. Then fold in a pound of drained lump crab. Form into patties and coat with gf panko breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil (I used coconut) over medium heat about 4 minutes a side until golden, drain on paper towels.

I served them with store bought remoulade, but it's easy to make with online recipes.

I've been in a van since Friday as part of a relay running team. Six runners, 205 total miles, I ran 34 of them. Very little real food, just three tacos and three slices of pizza last night when it was over. If everyone could just send me the leftovers they have from all these meals, I'd appreciate it. Give me all your food!

I'll send you my leftover Reese's peanut butter eggs.

Ribeye, restaurant medium rare, baked tater, asparagus. Gave a moments thought to you, Joe, as I tucked into that ribeye...

Medium rare beef filets, baked taters, asparagus (The missus enjoyed the ribeye dinner so much on Saturday, that she wanted a repeat with the filets on Sunday).
