My wife’s “nachos” - bed of tortilla chips topped with green peas, reheated left over potatoes au gratin, yogurt, hot sauce, and a whole reheated creole seasoned baked chicken leg quarter (yep, bones and all).

How long have you been on it and how long do plan to stay on it.l?
My doctor suggested this last year. My understanding from what I read is that it is not a permanent option.
