The Greek dish that inspires me is fava beans, EVOO, and Feta. I sub Lima beans. A few Feta crumbles won’t overpower the dish. The arugula and tomatoes compliment and tone down the “Fetaness.”

Is there some sort of balance/contrast/parallel between “assertiveness” and “mind-blowingly stinky”? Unsure as to how this measure works, exactly. TIA

cleaned out fridge, which didnt contain feta, but did have pimento. Added dill picks ande made good sandwich on whole wheat toast, sided by broccoli salad, corn chips and spicy salsa

I'm kind of fuzzy on it myself. But I usually hear it for cheese that smells like feet. I think it can mean flavor too. I don't find gorgonzola to be that bad though.
