Last night I went by Food City after work and picked up a plate to go from their deli and I had meat loaf mashed potatoes and gravy and mac and cheese and it was pretty good!

Last night was a chef salad with Greek dressing. Then the hubs and I decided to go to Panchos at 11pm and I got the brisket machaca plate with rice and beans.

Tonight I’m making smothered grilled chicken sandwiches with grilled onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese
