Wife had to work in Knoxville today so she stopped by Buc ee's. Finally got to try the hyped brisket. Yep, it's good. A sandwich is $10 for 4oz but a pound is $25. So we're doing homemade buc ee's brisket sandwiches tonight and brisket egg burritos in the morning.
