What did you have for dinner II?

Not really a what I had for dinner, just a recommendation for a restaurant in Corbin KY. The place is called Brooklyn Brothers pizza. It may be be the best Pizza I’ve had. If anyone is around that area, give it a try.
I'll have to check that out. Corbin is about 25 miles or so from my hometown in Kentucky
 
I love Tri Tip. How did you cook it? Have you ever smoked it?
I always do a reverse seer. I marinate it first and throw a chunk of wood on during the indirect portion of the cook. It's a pretty lean and tender cut. So low and slow smoking isn't strictly necessary. I've heard several folks say to does well when prepared that way. But have never tried myself.
