Made beef tacos last night. Took a 1lb Chuck steak, seasoned with s&p, cut into small pieces and seared in a cast iron skillet. Removed & wiped down skillet and added a slivered onion. Added 2 cloves of garlic minced when the onions were done. Added a jar of salsa and beef back to skillet. Let cook for about an hour. Shredded the beef with forks and dug in.

Saturday - smoked pork, corn casserole, and stuffed mushrooms. Loving the mushrooms, was a new recipe I tried.

I think that was it. I'll have to ask my wife when she wakes up, but that sounds like it. It was good. I ate anchovies for the first time on a salad there.
