What do we call Tressel fans?

No kidding. These same losers were pulling for their Marxist in Chief to win a 2nd term while making a bold faced lie in the 2nd Presidential debate. Saying he mentioned that the Sept 11th attack in Libya, was a terrorist attack...yet he goes on TV for 2weeks during the same amount of time emphatically proclaiming it was just a spontaneous riot over some right-winger's You-tube video. :loco:

If that's not getting caught in a lie, what is?

What?? Are you saying everyone who wants Tressel voted for Obama? Fascinating.

Pretty far right wing here, and I think the guy is a complete cheater. Yes he won... a ton but it all is a wash when you bring the NCAA hammer down on your school while doing so, and since he has been caught not once but TWICE I think he'd be way too risky. Add to that his pretty crappy performance against ranked teams outside of the B1G and I really think he would struggle here.

Cheese eating surrender monkeys? Sorry the French have that one. How 'bout the sell your axx for a tattoo crew? THE Ohio State, where a tattoo buys players, always keepin' it classy.

dumbasses
I guess that makes Jerry Colquit (former Vol QB), Tony B, Eric Ainge and most of the morning Sports Radio guys, dumbasses, huh? Cause they don't share your opinion? It's all about how much stock one puts into the whole NCAA kerfuffle. After doing a little reasearch, so I'd know what the hell I'm talking about, I don't see anything he did as being so drastically bad that he doesn't deserve to coach at a major program again, two years removed and having paid the penalty (5 games). Our compliance dept is already on high alert. I don't see how he'd screw it up.

You think it's too risky. I don't. Not if we've been turned down by Gruden and Patterson first. After that, I'd rather take the risk and get him for pennies on the dollar, than just about anyone else...except maybe Greg Roman and Josh McDaniels from the NFL ranks.

I was just messing around...

He is a pretty good coach. I don't think he is a home run hire. He did well in the Big 10 and got OSU on probation.
He didn't do well against SEC opponents. We could do worse, but he would be much further down my list.
