Hey I don't have cankles. You know what, yall can say what you want, these legs have me in the state championship for track tommorrow in the 4x800, so you can say what you want. Its hard to have strong looking calf muscles 1 month after finishing rehab for a torn acl.

Shaving and a tan is VERY slimming... just ask any woman!

Lighten up man...they are just playing with you. It's that Milo, he has been up to no good I tell ya.

No Bayou, you don't have to post pics of your cankles, er I mean, ankles....unless you just want to..

I wish I could say I had great, strong muscles.... I'm envious. And I'm killing myself in the gym. good luck with the track meet, and you gotta tell us how you do in your events...OK?

Well I always use to tell todd...... oh well not going to say his name. Well I hope I do very well. we broke our school record last week with a 8:01 time in the 4x800. We are represented by more althetes in the 3b state champions tommorrow than anyone. Sucky thing is I will be missing prom, but will be in Miami. SO what is better?

That's a good point.

Girls of South Beach vs. High school chicks in cheesy dresses = No Contest

Ha you know it. But only if my coach lets us. So I have been drinking water non stop, got to be real hydrated for tommorrow. If we do good, I will defiently be hitting up the beach.

8hrs...that's a drag! How will you compete at the top of your game if you aren't rested....

ugh...I sound like your MOM!

;)

haha, 8 hours of sleep is enough for me. ABout two years ago I fell in love with the way Justin Gatlin runs. I then found some articles about him and how he trains. I have been doing almost everything that he does. SO every morning before a meet I drink A protein shake, then about an hour before a race usually eat an energy bar or something like that.

I am always on top of my game girl, you don't have to worry about me. now my team mates on the other hand, thats a diffrent story. Being the last leg in the race, It usually sucks because if we are behind, I have to push myself extra hard. then at the end of the race I am usually sucking wind and am very tired. I can't wait for tommorrow. I have my blood flowing real bad right now, I need to calm down.

4x8's are rough. And you know I was just joking about the cankles... If it makes you feel any better, I still have lineman legs in spite of my slimming down by about 35 pounds since I quit playing football. My quads are disproportionate to my legs.

not bad....i get up around 6 every morning(bout 3-4 hours of sleep) and play basketball. Usually run a mile dribbling. Go to the courts and shoot around til about 9, shower, then class. Then work, then volnation, then gf, then sleep. its a good routine.
