IMO it's a solid hire.. Not a homerun by any means, but solid.. Recruiting is the red flag.

But if he keeps Jay Graham and Hinshaw, I think that helps.

I hope that Hart's first question in the interview was "what are your plans for recruiting". If that wasn't his first question, Hart is a complete moron.
