I think we played an awesome game today and I hate we came out on the losing end but I definitely think we are moving in the right direction with our staff. That being said, what are going to be affects of the outcome of the Bama game? Do we gain ammo to use with recruits by the way we played or do we lose out on close battles with other schools because we couldn’t close the deal? Any word on what recruits at the game thought about us?

I think this game showed once again how important special teams are and how much we need michael palardy. There is no way we should have lost that game I mean really 3 missed/blocked field goals is ridiculous.. sorry I'm not trying to hate on the Vols I love them but to play that great and lose it like that really kills me.

From what I have been told (dont hold me to this) in the next few days do not be surprised at all to see at least 2 commitments

I was pretty sure you would have some insider info and that is great stuff. Thank oo. Any word on who? This staff is smart and they want to keep momentum rolling. Even though we lost the game getting good recruiting news in this week will help move us and this team forward.

You show CJ Mosley the bench for Alabama that has higher rated Linebackers than our starters.

You show him how Monte shut down the offense for Bama with inferior talent.

You tell him that he can be a part of the talent and that our coaching staff will not lose to teams with inferior talent and will beat teams often who we are equal talent to.

People will say the Tebow fumble and the Ingram fumble are luck, but bottom line is that TN has dramatically inferior talent (maybe 60-70% of the talent) of those two teams and we were close to winning both games because of our incredible coaching.

Could you possible go a little further in detail.... what players*** if you don't mind me asking. U don't have to give a source or anything cause I know it's ur own opinion.... but could you possible say which 2 recruits ur referring to?

Was Mosley the only one at the game that we are also recruiting?

Dont really want to say names in case im wrong but remember this is just what i was told, but I would look for a linebacker commit and an offensive lineman or two. This is what i was told via txt a couple of days ago

WHOA...

Jeff Luc,
JuWuan James and John Cullen make the most sense from all the other info coming out...

Would be absurdly good...

If you add Christian Jones, Chaz Green (who could be the other OL but I doubt it) we are set up so well to do great things after we beat the Cocks like a drum on Halloween!

Hmm perhaps it could be Luc, James, and maybe Green? Could be Cullen as well IMO. OO do you think we'll hear of the Simms offer and commitment this week as well?

I have no inside info on the Simms situation at all Jac knows nothing about it, but if i was a betting man i dont believe we offer him bc i heard Bray is up to around 210 and is looking very good this season

I don't think its considered luck when Tebow and Ingram have only fumbled a combined 2-4 times in their entire careers. Ingram had never lost a fumble before this game. Rogan stripped Ingram and Hughes stripped Tebow...Luck, I think not.

not saying you're wrong - you are certainly much more in the know that i am - but would the staff have sent both reaves and cheney to observe juco qbs last week if they weren't serious about offering another qb?
