1) Create a family friendly amusement park less than 1 hour away from Knoxville.

2) Host a World’s Fair.

3) Build a Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame.

4) ...

Knoxville has a top 10 football program with the most passionate fanbase in the country congregating in the biggest stadium south of the Mason-Dixion. Then on Sundays we go to church, eat chicken and keep up with former Tennessee stars reaking havoc in the NFL.

That is all you need.

I can say for a fact, as far as the florida living goes, is that it is not all it cracks up to be.
I've lived in FL for the past 2 years, in Orlando, and yeah there are beaches and Disney World and Universal right around the corner.
But none of that can begin to compare to the fresh air, nice people, and general laid-backness of tennessee.
I'm obviously biased being born and raised in Tennessee, but if Lane Kiffin knows anything about recruiting (which I'm positive he does) he will lay it all out for them.
Florida is a great place to visit...but they don't want to live here, trust me.

Our proximity to Dollywood can't beat South Carolina's stadium actually being located in a run down theme park.

Several river boats to shuttle fans to the game. Nothing better than coming around that last turn on the Tennessee River and seeing the almighty shrine to college football known as Neyland Stadium. Best place in the whole damn world to watch a college football game.

Here in Knoxville we need fewer Yankee transplants. These people are trying to ruin our good image!
