What is CBJ's Extra Motivation this week?

Seems like every week he gives a little something extra to fire up the players. One week it was the 6/3 sticker, then the Brick stickers, busting out the Gray unis, and giving each player an inch.

Anybody heard if he did anything extra this week?

Or is playing Bama enough motivation.
