We also heard that Ed Orgeron as early as Wednesday of this week was working the phones seeing what options he has out there as well.

This is a pretty good indication of what the internal reality of the sanctions are. Ed knows what this will do to USC and wants no part of it

He will have both options college or pro. Be realistic, he hasn't been convicted or even tried of anything.

Okay.

If he does stay in college, it will be something along the lines of New Mexico State.

Ultimately, after reading that the Kiffin's and his contracts allow for more monies to be paid in the event of what is happening out there now. I feel like this argument is redundant if not moot. Also, with coaching jobs being currently filled college and pro. He may have had to play out the season there anyway.

I feel like I'm dreaming right now...I really do...

When Kiffy and O pulled what they did back in January this exact situation was the only thing I could think of that would make me feel better about it all.....

And now it's all happening...

There is a God....karma is real...these dbags are getting kicked in the nuts by both right now

He'll be hard pressed to find another college job.

NFL or bust for him.

They were talking about this on 104.5 this morning. They said he could find another college job fairly easy due to his recruiting but he would never get a head coaching job anywhere.

I'm thinking somewhere in the big 10. Michigan comes to mind

I doubt he'll board another sinking ship.

Michigan's compliance office already hates RR. They would try their damnedest to make sure Orgeron isn't there.

Yep, because Wycheck and Mark are real good sources of info.

They'll climb on top of each other to stay above water. Basically, they'd throw anyone under the bus if it would save them. Ask David Reaves.

but so then, most of them still end up drowning then don't they?

Rats can swim. So it depends where they are.

During the middle ages, when derelict plague ships arrived (all the humans had died of the plague and the ship more or less just blew into port), they would set the ship on fire or otherwise sink it, to try and prevent the spread of the plague.

Of course, the rats who carried the fleas that carried the plague still managed to make it from shore, as evidenced by the ceaseless march of the disease.

Actually, as much as Bama likes cheating and Kentucky likes cheating and is desperate to win in football, I could see them being perfect fits for Coach O.
