What local players should Kiffin be looking out for?

I don't hate it - I just find it funny - because its not going to make a difference posting it on Volnation. And you can't argue the kids size.

and what did his size have to do with his accomplishments at this time...we know he is still growing...so what does it matter at his size...

Tyler Robinson from Alcoa is also a person to check out. He has already won Mr Football as a junior and has been all state twice. I've played against him multiple times and I can tell you he is the real deal. He is about 6'4-6'4 and about 250-260 and was one of the quicker guys I had to block. He would be a good TE/DL at the next level

We don't know if he's still growing. He very well could end up 6 ft tall, or not.

Are these good times?

200 Meter Dash - 22.49
100 Meter Dash - 11.01

Alex Ford and Keylo Lee from Franklin are prospects worth looking at. Alex is an under the radar 2010 prospect with Vanderbilt showing interest. Keylo is also a 2010 prospect. Im not sure if he has any colleges interested

Ford's Stats: 5 ft 11 in, 181 lbs, 1936 rushing yards, 7.6 ypc, 28 total touchdowns

Lee's Stats: 5 ft 11 in, 193 lbs, 1030 rushing yards, 7.0 ypc, 41 rec for 449 yards, 13 total touchdowns

Devrin Young "the best player to come out of the Knoxville area since Leroy Thompson"...? Are you NUTS? He's 5'7", blur!!! He's not even a D1A prospect at this point unless he grows considerably the next 2 years. And I'm not sure what you are considering the "Knoxville area" but he wouldn't even make the Top 40 the past 15 years for the Knoxville area and surrounding counties!!

so what he's 5'7 he is already a D-1 prospect at his size(I wouldnt be surprised if TN(one of the top kids on their board), Colorado,Auburn, Vandy, UCLA have offers at schools sept 1st)...and I bet he has offers come Sept 1st...book it! and check back in two years and see how it turns out.......alot of teams are looking at D. Young.....

darien stone. i think that's how you spell it. He goes to Clinton. He is the QB and has a good arm but he is a duel threat. I think he would be listed as an athlete or DB. i saw him play and he is gifted.

this kid can really play...he was all state this past season...has a great arm...and great feet and scrambling ability...he has the abilty to make plays...when plays breakdown.........really good player.....I like his game alot

he is a great looking prospect...reminds me of a young jason witten with his ability to play TE/DE as Jason did in high school....has soft hands....big time motor....great size....can move for a big player. He has been a fixture for Alcoa since his frosh year.......where he was a headbuster on special teams...

He is out of this world a great prospect...:zeitung_lesen:

I agree but I think his best position may be at LB...his upright running style will have to change if he is going to stay at the position in college.......he is a freight train.......he runs hard had he punishes defenders....

a top 10 kid in TN for 2011

two very good players...two of the better JR's in the state....I think Ford will line up at WR in college and Lee stays at RB...both will be college players...
