Game aside...I had a chance to pass by UTEP on vacation this past September...Goodness, you talk about a beautiful campus, and the Sun Bowl stadium is situated between the desert hills. It's actually quite breathtaking as you pass by on the interstate...I remember thinking, this would be a cool road game to attend.

El Paso is not a bad place to kind of chill for a little bit. Always have a good time there. Bit of everything going on. Pretty diverse food wise. Reminded.me of a smaller version of Albuquerque. Spent 6 months there working on a project and didn't even bother flying back home to Dallas on the weekends most of the time.
Regarding being cool with visiting fans. Remember these are Texans in the end so they are of like minds about most things. They know they're gonna get hammered on the field Saturday. They just want to have fun and see the sights and sounds.
