i used to feel the same way about the big ten teams back in the day when they had an "exclusivity" agreement with the rose bowl. this was well into the 70s. based on what they had done back in the 20s and 30s, they fabricated the myth of big ten superiority, something the eastern press swallowed hook, line, and sinker. since they had a tacit rule that no way in hell would they play a s.e.c., s.w.c. or big 8 team unless it was vanderbilt, rice, baylor, or some such, there was no way to refute it. then t.v. and bowl money smoked them out. and guess what, the mighty, the fearsome, the omnipotent big ten turned out to be the wizard of oz, the little man hiding behind the curtain. now, i don't hate big ten teams anymore--i feel sorry for them as they are handed their a$$es whenever they meet real football teams. the big ten should seriously consider the ivy league as their model for the future.

Glad to see even folks outside of Ohio hate OSU as much as I do. There are a decent number of non-Buckeye fans in this state who are EXTREMELY tired of hearing constantly about how OSU is God's gift not only to football but basically all existence period.

So, for me, I love seeing OSU's fans have to shut up at least for a day or two after they get their butts handed to them.

I also always love seeing BG and UT's main rivals, Toledo, Miami (OH), Bama and Florida all take it on the chin as well. In the cases of Toledo and Miami, that's been something that's happened very frequently this season.

My youngest brother still fails to see the error of his ways, and supports them.

2b: Miami

Same reason, middle brother.

3: Notre Dame.

4: tOSU.

Seriously?? "The" Ohio State University?? Plus, it's ingrained in me, my grandfather's a UM alum.

Oh, and I hate basketball, but I gotta keep the missus happy, so I have to mention Dook. She's a UNC fan.....and honestly believes they can beat us in football......

Florida. Their fans are the worst I have seen. I hate Alabama but I respect their tradition. Georgia isn't in the same league as the other 2.

Mainly due tho that they have a TV contract with NBC that their games are televised whether they win 5 games or not.
