What the heck is that Offical Visitor list?

Actually, I think Martin ends up at DT and Powell at DE. I could see UF landing Powell and maybe Gholston. James could be a backup plan for Chaz Green.

We do trail for most of the guys on that list and some are extreme long shots like Ghoulston or Owa. Personally, I am glad we get to have a shot at Telvin Smith. People are saying he might not be as solid to FSU as they think. I would really like him if we miss out on Luc.
Some of the names are surprises but I really expected Powell to be there now that his scores are together. Read he may commit to a school without OV. Have you heard anything? Ghoulston is rumored to be a possible get because of Dan McCarney. Coxson is the real surprise everything I've read about him says he's ALL PSU.

I can call some friends who played with Gerald Jr. and see if they can convince him to set his brother straight....lol

I don't want him at all....I want a 5'11 or 6'0 DB instead of a 5'8 guy who I don't know if is lockdown since Joyner is on the other end....

Riggs is a weird recruit. UF led, then UGA, then UT, then back to UGA, now UF. To be honest, I'm not sure that any of the 3 would take him at this point and I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't already tried to commit to at least one of them.

You're serious? You wouldn't want him, he's a beast, besides, we need depth in Monte Kiffins defense. Speed, not just size!

With the issues with Dorsey grades/test scores think Meyer takes the kid commit this weekend. Van could fill that 3 corner but staff likes him on offense so sad this kid gets scholly by default even with all his talent we 'slowed" him until this weekend IMO. I'm looking for Dorsey to decommit soon.

I read somewhere that he tried to commit to Florida and they told him to wait. I also thought that we had quit recruiting him, maybe the Mike Edwards thing has made him a possible get.

That list is not surprising... this is a huge rivalry game in Florida. The new combat uniforms will be a hit with the recruits...

This is the advantage Florida schools have.

But don't feel too bad, did you see the list for our instate rivalry game against Vanderbilt. Now that's impressive.

should UT send down Jacq Smith, Corey Miller and Brandon Willis to recruit at this game?

That is seriously an entire roster of recruiting, if they lose it would be an amazing feat for the National Championship and recruiting
Florida may get 1 or 2 of them, But they will be lucky if they keep the ones that are already commited!:)

IT is important to know a few things from this list and LV' add on.

1) Matt James has been to cincinnati a few times, so he would not go back there. Notre Dame is in Stanford and Ohio State is done for the season. Florida is only one of the teams recruiting him whom have a real game this weekend, so why not.

2) Joyner was down to FSU and tOSU. Once again tOSU is done this season, and would love to see FSU again.

3) 11 out of 26 are verbal commitments, whom really did not have a game that was pivotal after their own playoffs and season before this weekend.

4) I think R. Powell's commitment in December will take then out of C. Martin sweepstakes,

5) O.O. is a loooooong way from home, he fits in up in Oregon and they usually have the facilities and athletics program (and NIKE) to keep talent in state.

6) Three SOLID Commitments, with programs who really dont lose commitments. tOSU, FSU and PSU...they arent going any more except a nice free trip.

This will leave 7-8 possible commitments this weekend, but I think we will be fine with a few targets......

Powell and Martin will not compete for the same position if both attend UF. Powell is a rush end like Dunlap and Cunningham. We see Martin more of a tweener DT or strongside DE like we use Trattou or Ray Mac in the past.

Also as it appears right now I don't see Powell make it in this weekend. I believe he will be at UF on the 12th and I believe he is a silent and have said that for months and just wants to make a big deal of his announcement as he should.

This list is also inaccurate as far as I know. The official visitors list is more like 11. However, the unofficial visitor list is massive with many 2011 kids coming for the game. A lot of guys on that list have already taken their official visits to UF so they are taking unofficials.

PM me if you want the list but I didn't think anyone on here cared.

I agree, the top of my wish list is Wright. We already have a corner of the same mold of Riggs, in Eric Gordon, and i believe Eric may have more potential...... JMHO.
