True; it would be funny if Mason survives to next year but sucks again (which he will), and if Franklin doesn't get it together next year and gets canned. I wonder if he'd go crawling back to Vandy and I wonder if they'd take him.

I know Clay Travis would start the campaign.

Theyd take him back in a heartbeat IMO. Doubt he'd go back though.....he knows he got in and out of Vandy/the SEC at the perfect time and he'd have zero chance to replicate the "success" he had the first time.

people underestimate how the recruiting restrictions like the ones placed on Penn State are back loaded.

It doesn't really start of to effect you until 3/4 years down the road. O'Brien got out of dodge and now Franklin has to deal with it.

Still, there is no excuse for losing to Temple
