I really don't remember watching any tv until @ jr high or hs when cable came out and you had to get up and zip the channel changer across like a zipper.

We were always balling in the hood. Like tonight, we'd be playing stick ball with a dehaired tennis ball before a night game of kick the can.

No tv. Hard to imagine, but true.

Yes. But in the olden days after the food was unloaded from the covered wagon, there was only 2-3 hours programming on TV. The rest was test pattern.
