Actually, "Anchor Down" is more appropriate now than it was before, simply because the Commodes are sailing into stormy waters and a gale-force wind. However, based on the disintegration of their recruiting class and Franklin's piracy of it, I would say that a hearty "Scuttle the ship" is in order.
