There are two decent college basketball games on tonight... Ohio State @ Michigan from 7-9 and then Mississippi State @ Kentucky from 9-11. I will probably be looking in on those. Your assessment of the State of the Union Address is accurate. There are too many applause breaks and they go on for too long. It is aggravating and easy to lose patience with. This isn't a partisan sentiment. I felt the same way when both Bill Clinton and Barack Obama were president. Try taking a shot of whiskey during each standing ovation and see if you are still conscious 30 minutes into the speech. It would be a challenge for even the heaviest and most experienced drinkers among us.

How can a marxist accuse Republicans of ruining a democracy. I believe every step of socialism that has been has been by a dem. I would agree that the Bush presidents had a hand but by far it is the dems who are destroying our republic.

So let me get this straight. On the eve of his impeachment vote, Donald Trump is giving a SOTU Address and Rush Limbaugh will attend and it will be announced during the speech that he's getting the Medal of Freedom. The WWE couldn't come up with a goofier scenario.
