Go to the Red Sox vs. Devil Rays in Tampa or stay home to watch Talladega and the NFL draft?

no brainer... live baseball

I never understood the excitement of watching the NFL Draft. It's about as boring as watching paint dry to me.

Just give me a good recap at the end of each day and I'm happy.

I like to see where our boys went and other teams players.

How many As games you been to?

only been fortunate enough to see my A's three times and never in Oaktown.

However, I've been to Riverfront, RFK, Camden Yards, AFC, Turner, whatever Joe Robbie is called now, PNC, the Vet, Great American, Citizens Bank, Kauffman and the old Busch stadium for games. Also been to US Cellular and on the field at Miller Park.

at Camden, which in my opinion, is the crown jewel of all the parks I've been to, we started out in the left field bleacher seats and wound up 30 rows behind home plate by the seventh inning so I could watch Tim Hudson (still an A at the time) throw a complete game against the Oreos. Also, we are pretty certain we were about 15 feet away from Roy Firestone.

Edit: However, their boogs bbq is very overrated for my tastes.

I would always choose a live sporting event over something on TV. Just Tivo the draft thats the best way to watch it anyways so you can skip around whenever you want to.

a pretty good old pitching staff... but I don't want to upset Vercin so i'll stop there.

You won't upset me. When you come out of camp with a rotation with two guys who are over 40, a guy who hasn't pitched in two years, a rookie, and a question mark, you deserve what you get.
