You know how Hurd and Cam, JRM, and Barnett have talent, motor, and that dog in them and stand out over everyone else, you add one more guy like that out there by moving JJ to safety. He's the final missing piece of a championship defense and he's being wasted providing depth to block on the edge and catch 3 or so passes a game max.

Maybe so, but Jennings making that pass to Dobbs makes him a very valuable option at receiver. He may be just as talented at Defense, but most of us are yet to see him doing that kind of thing.

The great thing is if you are right about his ability on defense, Jennings could have the impact at Tennessee that Deion Sanders had at Florida State. If he can play both ways when needed, he could leave Knoxville listed as one of the all time greats.

For now and until he is proven as a defender, at this moment before NSD, we still need to bring in more secondary depth.
