This "Gruden isn't coaching here anymore" ruse is a genius plot hatched by Tampa's stealth director of media relations, Jimmy Hyams. It's designed to distract people until Tennessee Athletic Director Phillip Fulmer announces the hiring of Dave Clawson as his successor and Lane Kiffin hold his press conference at Washington.
