There were a couple of plays in that game where he ran forward drawing the defense to him and then passed to an open receiver. Along with reading defenses and understanding how the plays might develop this has been VY's biggest leap in his development as a starting qb.

You are very correct, old VY would have been stopped cold on the 4 yard line, that pass is a very tough one to deliver accurately. Running to the left and throwing slightly to your right while putting the right amount of touch on it. Great pass and catch when it mattered most.
