When does P Manning announce his retirement?

He could come in as a QB coach.. Not like you have to really preach, he can just tell him what they're doing wrong, how he does it.. Make them into him lmao.

He's said about 3928753907 times that he doesn't want to coach. He wants to someday be a GM in the NFL.

Even if he changes his mind, it would be idiotic to hire someone with zero coaching experience whatsoever.

I see Manning going more towards maybe a few guest spots doing some analysis, but otherwise doing more like Michael Jordan has done lately with business ventures.

What do you have against Peyton and why do you find the need to start these same threads and post about the same thing, over and over?

Great player does not imply great coach.

i totally agree...we need somebody that has been an assistant for at least 10 years with several different winning head coaches and has been a head coach himself with a losing record at a crap school. oh wait we already got that. how about a female head coach? i mean it couldnt be any worse? right?

Once again, your obsession with this topic is borderline pathetic.

He would probably be a terrible coach. On the other hand, he could probably be an awesome one on one personal coach.

He'll make millions on a tv set though.

New ABC sitcom scheduled for 2018 - "The Mannings"

The three stooges plus Archie.

Why do you think that? I'm of the opinion that the worst player-coaches are the guys that totally relied on talent. Manning relies on (more than anything) knowledge and game preparation. It's likely he would be a great schemer. Maybe not an HC, but I don't know why he wouldn't be an excellent OC.

I can only think of one off the top of my head that did any good and that was Ditka. Recent history of players becoming HC's is not a very good track record. Mike Singletary ring a bell? And you won't find a much better player at the LB position than he was. Very much a student of the game. Awful coach.
