In the future should you have a problem, consider restoring computer to an earlier date. Go to accessories, system tools, restore to an earlier date, pick a date and it should knock out any problem you are encountering. Your firewall may have been illegally or you may have unknowingly disabled and thus allowed virus to inhabit your machine. Also a lot of the newer computers have a restore to manufacturers settings when you bought it new if it becomes that bad as did mine.:whistling:
