The waffle fries have got to go, but otherwise the quality of food and service at CFA is next level, for a fast food mega chain (we don't even have Zaxby's in Phoenix).

Pro tip: chicken strips have a much better meat to fried breading ratio than the nuggets.

I do agree that their service is top notch. I've seen,and heard many stories of how they try to be great to customers.
