Dooley keeps pulling guys out that we haven't heard of. Recruiting is often a matter of connections. He seems to have some that CLK and staff didn't.

Also, since I don't follow recruiting as much as most of you guys, can someone answer a question for me? What is the deal with Nance? We already have 2 QBs in this class. Do we really want to use a scholarship on another QB, especially one who is a 2 star according to rivals, when we have other needs to address?

It does seem like alot of recruits have reconsidered or displayed new interest in the program since he took over.

I think the consensus is that we would sacrifice a scholarship on Nance if we could get Da'Rick Rodgers. Also, a lot of people on here say that Chaney is very high on Nance despite his star rating.

Reports are that Coach D is looking at mostly 3 stars to fill out this recruiting class. I just hope we get some OL prospects in there somewhere.

So they are a package deal for us, even though they are currently committed to different schools? Interesting. Landing Rogers would be huge for sure.

I would take your list in a hearteat. If we get Stone and Robinson, I doubt we would consider Glass (unless he agreed to grayshirt). I think we still have a chance with Chaz Green and a slim chance with Calvin Smith, Lemonier, and Shon Coleman.
