I might be bothered to care about that if he coached at Florida or Alabama, rather than Vanderbilt. Difficult to get worked up about a Vandy coach talking smack.
7-10 at Vandy isn't all that bad. And Vandy had close losses to Georgia, Florida, Arkansas, Cincinnati, and us last year. Which is impressive when you consider their vastly weaker talent level. They are 1-3 this year, but they lost to three good teams (South Carolina, Georgia, and Northwestern).
Frankly, it's difficult for me to say much bad about him, when he has a program with vastly less resources and tradition than us, he's outrecruiting us, nearly beat us last year, and then took his team to a bowl game while we failed to qualify.
If the guy has two 6-6 seasons at Vandy in four years, he's a success.
