Uh yeah. There's 2. And their names are Cam Sutton and Justin Coleman.

Neither of which are Williams.

Yea Chatt. Williams and Sutton are starting. The Knoxville paper has the depth chart listed as Coleman starting. They also had the positions on the o-line for the first game as LT, LG, C, RG, RG. I didn't know two RG started? Coleman is playing as the starting nickel CB and a back CB. Im not sure why the depth charts don't have this listed this way, but that's how it's been from game 1. Coleman will play pure CB, but it's only when Williams or Sutton get a breather. He's never started at CB this year other then in the nickel position.

I wish the best for Coleman but he gets torched for the backbreaking splash plays more than the rest of the dbs combined it seems. He was the 1 who got beat for a 40yd TD against utah state as soon as we sent in the second team. He got torched many many times last year. It's scary to have him as a nickel bc they usually end up covering a shifty slot receiver or a tight end. Coleman will likely have trouble with either. Based on film, I bet opposing qbs are told to look to that side of the field when he comes in to relieve Cam or Williams. Still love the kid bc he's a Vol, but truth hurts sometimes. Coleman is playing the Nickle CB when we are in nickle. He is starting like Marlin Lane is "starting". Look at the carries ML is the starter but Hurd has been used more same deal here. Coleman is a senior and I'm sure he has worked hard so he gets named the started but Williams is starting outside.

On ESPN radio today Brian Griese was commenting on the TN / GA game talking favorably about McNeil calling him a sledge hammer of a safety. Griese though the UT D could prevent GA from running all over us and force Mason to pass them to a victory. His opinion was for a close game.

Bumped to give Brian Griese his props as he called this game dead on. I will certainly pay more attention to his opinion in the future. While watching the game I also found his comments to be spot on with what I was seeing.

Also, it sure was nice watching a game televised by ESPN instead of the SEC network. ESPN does a replay of almost every play vs just an occasional replay by the SEC network. Why the difference here?
